Based on Nicholas Mitchell’s 1849 short story “Madeleine Capel or the Scheming Guardians,” this Gothic tale follows a vulnerable heiress as she faces unspeakable danger. Will destruction follow? Will circumstances save our fair maiden at last? Tune in and find out.
