Saturdays, 5 p.m. and 8 p.m.

This occasional music program will be hosted by local DJ, El Comandante. The show’s title comes from the name of the iconic song, Staples Singers' “I’ll Take You There,”  and willl feature music from places in the country and the world.  The inaugural program is a California travelogue of songs about places in the Golden State, including “Downtown Modesto” written by Merle Haggard and with vocals by Modesto’s very own Rose Maddux.  Hop on and take a ride on KCBP 95.5 FM at 5:00 p.m., Saturday nights.
